HUGE ASSASSIN’S CREED ANNOUNCEMENT SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW
No, your eyes aren’t fooling you; following yesterday’s launch of The Lost Archive DLC, Ubisoft has announced that major Assassin’s Creed news is on the horizon. While not being specific on what it regards, with the Game Developers Conference starting on March 5, and Ubisoft themselves revealing that Assassin’s Creed III will be released in October, it would be a safe bet that whatever this news entails will involve the third installment of Desmond Miles’s story.
And what about that picture? Now I don’t know about you, but I’m a Midwesterner through and through, and I know a snow-covered corn field when I see one. Do you think that this is Ubisoft teasing us with the setting for AC3? Is it really going to take place during Colonial America? Perhaps the Battle of Valley Forge, which is notorious for snow? Then again, Napoleon’s troops infamously were defeated by the elements while trying to take Russia, so is it a nod to post-revolution France? Log in to the Assassin’s Creed website with the rest of us tomorrow to hopefully get some details on this exciting development!
And thanks to Jess (theoriginalcemetarygirl) for the first picture!

Woah woah hold on there Ubi. I still haven’t completely collected myself from beating Revelations, slow down there!
I don’t particularly mind what the setting is, because I trust that the game’s developers know what the fuck they are...
